The housewarming party was a success. Mark was a whiz at the grill, and I think I did a pretty good job at hostessing. I tried to talk to everyone as best I could. Most of our family came early and left around 6:30-7:00pm. My close friends showed up at that time, and from then on it was just us, which is always a great time. We are having our blinds installed tomorrow, so we went shopping for drapes last night. We found ourselves butting heads when it came to style. We have a transitional look in our dining room.
